What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle reputed company for retail roles (Sales Associates, Store Managers)
• Get out in the field—network, reputed company, and build reputed company pipelines
• Partner with store leaders to fill roles fast and effectively
• Run hiring events, tap into local markets, and get creative with sourcing
• Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to offer

• 3+ years of reputed company experience (retail or high-volume preferred)
• A sales reputed company—you know how to sell the opportunity
• Someone who is proactive, reputed company, and competitive
• Strong relationship builder who can influence hiring managers
