You’ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience starting in November 2023. Join us at 827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701. Pay: Start at $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour! Shifts, Training & Work Environment: Enjoy your weekends off! We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday! Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures. You Have: High School diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
