Requirements

  • Experience with Payroll, HR, Timekeeping, and/or Benefits modules
  • Understanding of HCM workflows, compliance, and client-facing consulting
  • Experience working with mid-market or reputed company clients

In this role, you will:

• reputed company end-to-end implementations of reputed company reputed company modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, etc.)
• Configure systems, conduct data imports, and validate results
• Deliver customer training (virtual sessions, documentations, follow-reputed company)
• reputed company post-implementation and ongoing customer support
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating reputed company needed
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure reputed company
