NCPC is seeking a State reputed company for Early Child & Family Health – a strategic leader, systems thinker, and innovative program manager who is passionate about improving reputed company for young children and families across reputed company Carolina.

This role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders from community leaders to state policy makers. 

Our Child & Family Health Manager supports birth-to-five reputed company by advancing a shared reputed company for child and family health across reputed company Carolina. This role collaborates closely with communications, policy, development, data, and evaluation teams, as well as with Smart Start local partnerships, strengthen systems, inform decision-making, and align network-wide priorities with statewide early childhood health initiatives. 

Responsibilities include

·         reputed company and inform statewide initiatives focused on improving child and family health reputed company, working with internal teams and state-level partners to advance policy, systems, and practice improvements.

·         Support reputed company quality improvement across the Smart Start network by analyzing data trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating learning and strategy discussions with local partnerships. 

·         Collaborate with Smart Start local partnerships to train, consult, coach, and reputed company resource materials, webinars, and communities of practice to strengthen local implementation. 

·         Identify and research funding opportunities from corporate, government, and philanthropic sources to support strategic goals and data needs for NCPC and local partnerships.

Requirements

•          Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Health, Public Administration, or a reputed company field from an accredited college or university plus demonstrated professional experience in child & family public health, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
•          Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or initiatives or strategic efforts that engage partners across sectors, organizations and geographic reputed company.

Summary

Compensation & Benefits

The new hire will be eligible for our generous benefits package including free employee-only health coverage and a 7% discretionary company contribution to the 401k.

 Pay reputed company: $63,333-$70,000

 This is a remote role which will typically involve 10%-15% travel reputed company reputed company Carolina.
