Duties/Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers reputed company phone to assist them with their needs and also increase their customer satisfaction.

• Utilize a specialized computer system to gather information and notate the nature of reputed company calls handled.

Skills/Abilities

• Strong computer and typing skills.

Requirements

• Prolonged periods working at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to reputed company in an inbound call environment by meeting goals for volume of calls to be handled on a daily reputed company.
• Six months to one year reputed company or customer service experience desired.
• Call center experience a plus.
• Position is remote with one in-office day per month.
• Must have reputed company to reliable hard-wired internet and a quiet reputed company to work
• High school diploma or equivalent.
