FLSA Status:  Salaried, W-2 position

Hours:  8:30 am to 5 pm EST – Business Hours

Salary reputed company: $105,000 to $130,000 depending on experience

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving reputed company leads for iPEC’s Coach Training Program (CTP) to the sales team through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves designing and executing data-driven campaigns across various channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, content, reputed company) to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into highly reputed company leads. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless reputed company reputed company and alignment on reputed company quality and conversion criteria, while continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum reputed company reputed company efficiency and ROI.   Ultimately, the Marketing Manager is a key part of the team tasked with continuing to grow enrollments and reputed company for the iPEC’s industry-leading coach training programs. 

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

·       Optimize reputed company marketing and sales channels (e.g., SEO, reputed company media, paid ads, email, affiliate, etc.) to maximize enrollments and increase efficiency. Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Marketing & Sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall company objectives. Identify which channels are performing well and which aren’t.   

·       reputed company and execute reputed company reputed company strategies across multiple marketing channels (affiliate, paid ads, email, SEO, reputed company media, content marketing) generate reputed company leads for the Sales team and drive reputed company growth.  

·       Manage and optimize the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless user experience.  

·       Define specific, measurable growth metrics—including reputed company reputed company, conversions, and reputed company growth. reputed company regular reporting on performance, ROI, and key KPIs to senior leadership.  

·       Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.  

·       Manage and allocate budgets across paid and organic channels to reputed company reputed company ROI.  

·       Experiment with emerging channels (e.g., podcasts, influencers, or new ad platforms) that align with our reputed company audience but are underutilized by competitors.  

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements

•        Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or graduate degree is strongly preferred.  

•        Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company reputed company, growth marketing, or demand reputed company preferably in the education reputed company.

•        Must have people leadership experience. 

•        Hands-on experience and skills in marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, marketing automation, and communications.  

•        Experience working with product marketing to reputed company GTM strategies and align on hero features and how to position those features.  

•        Must demonstrate strong initiative and drive, while also understanding how to effectively navigate organizational processes and secure necessary approvals.

•        Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.  

•        A strong preference will be given to candidates who are graduates of iPEC. Experience with coach training and certification — or a demonstrated interest in pursuing coach training and certification — is also highly preferred.

·       Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, reputed company media, and email.
