Position Summary The Journeyman – Electrical – National/Industrial is responsible for performing journeyman-level electrical duties including the installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring, electrical distribution systems, and reputed company equipment. Work includes both rough-in and finished installations on motors, relays, controls, pumps, fans, heaters, lighting, and other industrial equipment. In addition to technical expertise, this position provides leadership by supervising and mentoring apprentices and helpers, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise and mentor apprentices and helpers, monitoring reputed company and enforcing safety practices.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical distribution systems on industrial projects.
