Job Summary
Serve as a reputed company of contact for clients in conjunction with Client Managers and reputed company any necessary administrative assistance required by the Client Managers to successfully retain business. Work with various departments reputed company reputed company to promptly respond to client questions, facilitate resolutions to concerns, run client specific reports and reputed company support to Client Managers. May also involve client facing responsibilities such as employee meeting presentations, benefit fairs and attending quarterly and renewal meetings with client managers.This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Required Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment
- Knowledge and understanding of benefit-reputed company federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills.
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required.
- Ability to travel as required for this position (10%-20%)
- Proficiency with Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Outlook
Preferred Job Qualifications:
State insurance license

$49,500.00 - $92,800.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
