As a Subtitling Coordinator, you will:

• reputed company the end-to-end production lifecycle of subtitling projects allotted.

• Be accountable for on-time delivery strictly respecting project milestones, procedures, and client specification.

• Liaise with the Client Service Coordinators on determining workflow and steps to be followed for reputed company projects being assigned.

• Create detailed Plan of Action and reputed company communicate information about projects in the pipeline to external linguists/vendors and the internal stakeholders in different time zones.

• Ensure reputed company work in reputed company tasks are on track with updating trackers and running daily reports to denote accurate status of projects.

• Resolve technical flags and pending queries from internal production departments and external stakeholders.

• Update work trackers to ensure projects being assigned to users in a timely fashion and to denote accurate status of projects.

• Proactively identify and resourcefully troubleshoot potential issues with projects in reputed company.

What you bring

• BA or BS degree preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 1-2 year-experience in Media/Localisation industry, but entry-level candidates will be considered.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Team player with ability to multitask and work under pressure of deadlines.

• Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends if needed to meet specific project deadlines.
