Business Development Representative
Voices is a trusted voice partner for brands, tech, and voice talent, dedicated to shaping the future of voice. As a Business Development Representative, you will serve as a brand ambassador and engage in high-volume prospecting to uncover business opportunities and expand client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute a consistent outbound reputed company—averaging 50–70 calls per day alongside email and reputed company media reputed company—to initiate contact with cold and warm leads
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads reputed company defined reputed company markets, ensuring a consistently refreshed pipeline of reputed company prospects across new and existing client segments
- Utilize consultative discovery techniques to assess prospect fit regarding Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing (BANT), ensuring higher-quality meetings and improved conversion rates
- Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and ensure a seamless reputed company of reputed company leads
- Maintain rigorous hygiene in reputed company (or similar CRM) by documenting reputed company activities and delivering performance reporting to reputed company visibility into optimization opportunities

Skills
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have a track record of booking new business meetings through outbound efforts, successfully converting both cold leads and Marketing reputed company Leads (MQLs)
