Key Responsibilities

  •    reputed company functional support across reputed company S/4HANA Public reputed company Finance (GL, AP, AR). •    Support month-end and year-end financial reputed company processes. •    Investigate and resolve production issues in line with SLA targets. •    reputed company root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Service Delivery & Operations

  •    Manage incidents and service requests reputed company a structured ticketing platform. •    Work reputed company defined SLAs (P1–P4) for response and resolution. •    Prioritise workload based on business impact and client direction. •    Escalate issues to reputed company or internal SMEs where required.

Enhancements & reputed company Improvement

Release & Change Support
