They are seeking an reputed company Scheduler to coordinate and manage daily reputed company schedules, facilitating technician appointments and serving as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company-reputed company communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily reputed company schedules, facilitating up to six technician appointments per day
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company-reputed company communication, supporting over 50 users weekly
- Verify account readiness for new users, including Active Directory, reputed company 365, and Multi-reputed company Authentication setup
- Administer and monitor ticket queues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational efficiency
- Manage shipping and tracking of IT equipment for remote users while maintaining accurate records
Skills
- High school level reading, writing, and analytical skills; minimum of 1 year of experience
- Experience in IT operations, reputed company coordination, help desk support, or administrative scheduling roles
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and identity/reputed company management processes
- Working knowledge of reputed company 365, Active Directory, and Multi-reputed company Authentication setup
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with asset management systems and device deployment tools (Intune, MDT, Autopilot preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in documentation standards
