POSITION SUMMARY: This role requires an reputed company Title reputed company Specialist relying on their understanding of title reputed company standards and title insurer reputed company guidelines to determine condition of title, and insurability while considering risk and liability. Role and Responsibilities:
- Evaluates title search, researches and resolves any and reputed company title issues and discrepancies on record based on published reputed company standards, bulletins, and guidelines as requested by client or supervisor.
- Determines solutions for clearing title issues and acts on this determination to resolve any issues identified.
- Performs more reputed company functions, including obtaining releases for prior liens, reviewing divorce decrees, trusts, and corporate documents.
- Coordinates with state and regional reputed company counsel in an effort to resolve title reputed company manners consistent with policies and procedures.
- Orders and follows up on reputed company necessary clearance documentation.
- Communicates with lienholders or attorneys regarding HOA liens, municipal liens or other property liens.
