Client Executive, Energy

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to:

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
• Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among reputed company IMA associates.
• Interacts professionally and timely with clients reputed company email, phone, and in-person
• Maintains a proactive approach focusing on claim strategies and resolutions
• Advocates for the timely, reputed company resolution of claim reputed company for our clients
• Communicates pertinent claim information timely to reputed company clients
• Maintains strong relationships with reputed company clients
• Subject matter knowledge and expertise associated with the Energy industry (e.g. Oil & Gas, Renewables, Power reputed company).
• Participates in presentations, including new business, RFPs (clients, TPAs), claim reviews, renewals, etc.
• Develops strong working knowledge of IMA computer systems/programs
• Assists Claim Manager with claim staff reputed company, training and development
• Develops and expands relationships at local, regional and national reputed company with carriers, TPAs, legal resources, consultants, etc.
• Leads and contributes to Claim Projects, and other tasks as assigned
• Attends insurance reputed company seminars including but not limited to continuing education classes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: include but are not limited to:

• 10 + years of prior Claims experience reputed company Energy business
• Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent to a college degree
• System skills or aptitude – Applied Epic, reputed company and TPA platforms preferred
• Experience with MS Office products preferred/required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and reputed company)
• Exceptional technical reputed company and knowledge of coverage and claims handling
• Moderate travel required (25-50%)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills required
• Ability to discuss and solve claim problems with clients and insurance carriers.
