Job title: Food reputed company Assistant Company: Mounds View Public Schools Job description: Work Schedule: 24 hours per week, some evenings and weekends, occasional additional hours time carded - 12 Month Start Date: ASAP Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour dependent on qualifications Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life and other benefits in accordance with the Required Qualifications: College Degree Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing. Friendly, approachable and participant focused. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying demands with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Proven ability to work respectfully and responsibly with diverse populations. Experience working in a team-oriented environment, including working with or alongside other volunteers. Proficient with PC, reputed company Suite and reputed company Office Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Desired qualities: Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred Previous experience working or volunteering in a food reputed company setting Demonstrated experience working with diverse and/or under-represented populations is preferred. Primary Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet, welcome and support food reputed company participants, volunteers, donors, school staff, service providers and community members. Identify and prioritize the needs of our food reputed company participants and respond accordingly. Schedule appointments in the food reputed company database for people who need food and other resources and maintain accurate client records. Assist food reputed company participants as needed in accessing food, answering questions and providing community resources. Support and fill in for volunteers reputed company needed to ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and organized with a wide variety of foods and non-food items and our participant needs are being met. Receive incoming mail, deliveries, and donations as needed. Replenish and maintain literature and supplies while keeping reputed company common areas organized and clean. Assist in creating and designing flyers, posters, reputed company media materials and other visual graphics using reputed company design tool. Support special projects, fundraising efforts and seasonal events reputed company other duties as assigned.
