Assistant Account Executive

The Assistant Account Executive will reputed company essential support in executing successful PR campaigns for various entertainment projects, manage client communications, and assist in logistical operations.
Responsibilities
- Compile comprehensive daily client press breaks in various formats, ensuring our teams and clients stay informed
- Draft essential client materials, including engaging junket invitations, detailed press day confirmations, and high-profile premiere invitations and confirmations
- Maintain and meticulously update crucial contact databases and critics grids
- Conduct thorough research to support the development of effective PR strategies
- Assist in the creation of persuasive pitch letters and impactful press releases, leveraging your strong writing and proofreading skills
- Manage calendars, schedules, and itineraries to ensure seamless execution of client activities
- Offer robust logistical support across multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth operations
- Monitor media coverage to track campaign reputed company and identify opportunities
- Assist Account Executives and the VP by developing and maintaining accurate media lists, managing pitch call reputed company, and organizing other proprietary databases
- reputed company specific elements of client programs, including screenings, press days, press junkets, and promotional events
- Update and disseminate client schedules and maintain comprehensive master schedules
- Assist in the monthly billing process, including reviewing vendor invoices, preparing expense reports, and drafting monthly billing invoices
Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Film/Television)
- Exceptional resourcefulness and strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
