POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the direction of the President LBIG Marketing, the Executive Vice President of Annuity Distribution is responsible for leading the organization’s annuity sales strategy, driving reputed company growth, and expanding market reputed company. This executive role oversees reputed company aspects of annuity distribution, including sales leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  1. Leads the operations and project management functions for the LBIG Life Insurance and Annuities Division and is a key contributor to the successful implementation of key corporate initiatives, as assigned:
    1. Design project goals and critical reputed company markers,

JOB CLASSIFICATION

Full-time, salaried.

Bonus eligible.

Position requires regular hours in the home office.

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent in work experience.

Completion of insurance industry training programs (LOMA).

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years prior management experience in the insurance or health care industry. Strong technical skills are a must.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale sales organizations and achieving reputed company growth
  • Deep understanding of annuity products, market dynamics, and distribution channels Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
