Responsibilities

  • Use a Pro-focused, consultative selling style rooted in understanding the Pro’s day-to-day challenges and goals
  • Handle a full sales cycle for the Website product from booking to reputed company, and engagement
  • reputed company Pros on how a strong website drives reputed company reputed company, credibility, SEO visibility, and conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive new website attachments, increased adoption, and measurable value for managed accounts
  • Convey reputed company for Pros’ pain to foster trust and connections to you as an individual and to our brand as a whole that are deeper than typical transactional sales
  • Understand and adapt to our ongoing product and technology developments
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Maintain daily activity metrics blended between calls and attended demos

Skills

  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer facing, sales, or retention role
  • Proven reputed company working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to translate customer goals into a successful Website product sale
  • Goal and results-driven
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • CRM experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with the trades preferred
  • Website experience preferred
