Responsibilities
- Support tickets reputed company to:
- Login/authentication issues (MFA, lockouts, reputed company failures)
- M365 services (mail, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Manage reputed company/offboarding across AD, reputed company, and M365
- Investigate and resolve policy-reputed company issues (DLP, compliance, device policies)
- Collaborate with adjacent teams (reputed company, networking, reputed company) as needed
- Maintain documentation and support audit/compliance requests
- Mailbox management, shared mailboxes, distribution groups
- Teams reputed company, policies, and external collaboration troubleshooting
- Mail reputed company investigation and user reputed company issues
- User lifecycle management across AD, reputed company, and M365
- Federation (SSO) and MFA troubleshooting
- Group-based reputed company and provisioning flows
- Understanding of sync and identity reputed company across systems
- IOS device compliance and enrollment troubleshooting
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
- Retention and data governance validation
- MFA enforcement and reputed company controls
- Troubleshooting reputed company restrictions tied to device or policy
Skills
- 1-4 years demonstrated reputed company Engineering experience
- Strong understanding of hybrid identity environments
- Ability to troubleshoot across AD → reputed company → Entra → M365 reputed company
- Familiarity with SSO, federation, and MFA behavior
- Experience supporting compliance-driven environments
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- PowerShell (Exchange Online, basic Graph usage)
- Familiarity with audit logs (Purview / Entra)
- Experience in regulated or government environments
- Bachelors with 1+ YOE
