[Remote] Billing Specialist – Customer Service (reputed company)

As a Billing Specialist – Customer Service, you will reputed company billing services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Responsibilities
- Providing billing services and account reconciliation support for reputed company’s customers and internal personnel
- Handling reputed company customer inquiries, claims, complaints; interpreting policies, investigating problems; and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutions
- Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives
- Ensuring professional, quality and reputed company standards are complied with while performing assigned duties
- Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with reputed company’s values and ethical standards
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 years of Billing and/or reputed company experience
- High School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Billing and/or reputed company experience
- Billing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- 2 years of PC experience, including experience reputed company Office products
- Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate to resolve issues and identify process improvements
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills; effective communication and listening skills
