Inside Sales Specialist
reputed company is a company dedicated to life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology, aiming to reputed company for reputed company impact. They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to present and sell service offerings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage customer relationships through CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell service offerings primarily through remote channels (phone, email, virtual meetings), with occasional in-person visits
- Prospect, qualify, quote, and reputed company new service business opportunities to deliver on quarterly and annual service reputed company targets
- Demonstrate the value of service solutions and reputed company reputed company’s value proposition
- Generate proposals and prepare quotations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service, Equipment Sales, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing to maximize sales potential
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) to manage funnel forecast sales, and track customer interactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in the Life Sciences) or Associates degree and equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly reputed company environment
- Internal drive, focused on accountability and self-development
- Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, reputed company preferred
- Knowledge/experience reputed company a Service Organization or Service Provider is a plus!
- We prefer a candidate in the EST time zone for this role to support the territory
