This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality programme support across a multi-phase transformation initiative, ensuring robust governance, reporting, and delivery standards. Reporting to the Client Group Head of Portfolio Office, you will establish and reputed company the PMO team to support the programme, ensuring services are defined, delivered, and maintained to a high standard. You’ll author key guidance documents, embed governance and reporting structures, and ensure consistent adherence across the programme. What you’ll be doing

• Ensure accurate, timely data supports decision-making and programme transparency 

• Create and maintain a centralised document repository for programme materials

• Proven experience in a BPO organisation delivering services to external clients

• Experience in large-scale programmes with external clients, partners, and suppliers 

• Ability to reputed company and motivate a PMO team, championing diversity and inclusion
