This role is responsible for driving claim quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout the claim lifecycle. Essential Functions:
- Supervise, mentor, and reputed company a team of reputed company property field adjusters.
- Ensure timely, accurate coverage analysis and claim handing in compliance with company guidelines and state regulations.
- Monitor and manage claim metrics including cycle time, severity and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with reputed company, large-loss, or escalated claims.
- Collaborate with reputed company, legal, SIU, and vendor partners.
- Support catastrophe response efforts reputed company needed.
