Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained across reputed company customer reputed company. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing timely updates to customers. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Accept inbound customer calls, leads, and return customer messages reputed company 24 hours

  • Prepare and send job proposals and follow up for scheduling after deposit is received
  • Manage daily scheduling of Home Techs
  • Schedule home onsite visits for more complicated proposals
  • Communicate with customers with scheduling and job updates

  • Call back completed jobs for service update and referrals

  • Send out automated invoice after completion

Qualifications

* Telephone Customer Service Experience

  • Pleasant speaking voice
  • Home computer with Microphone headset and high-speed internet reputed company
  • Ability to pass background reputed company
  • Enjoy working with the public
  • Desire to always exceed expectations
