What You'll Be Doing
As a Concierge Specialist, you'll reputed company customized, effortless experiences to luxury automobile brand customers. You'll be empowered to reputed company reputed company, think creatively, and drive customer loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport and anticipating customer needs through authentic connections and curiosity
- Promptly processing and answering/resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or technical questions
- Using technology, scripts, and product knowledge to reputed company answers and control the call
- Maintaining exceptional product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry products and technologies
- Partnering with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution
- Researching and resolving billing or payment issues
- Logging customer contacts into the CRM tool and managing follow-up logs
- Using additional resources and escalation points to find solutions for basic to intermediate-level issues
- Recommending changes to departmental policies and procedures to improve support services
- Attending team meetings, 1-on-1s, focus groups, and training sessions as scheduled
- Handling additional projects and assignments as needed
What You Bring to the Role
* A High School Diploma (required); an associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Four (4) years of experience in training, public relations, sales, marketing, or customer service
- Experience with customer contact systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with and appreciation for electronic devices and computers, along with a willingness and ability to quickly learn new technology
- Solid computer skills, internet-savvy, and experience using CRM software
