The Role

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our senior living community partners through proactive reputed company, reputed company nurturing, and tour scheduling. You'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, managing call lists, prioritizing reputed company, and tracking interactions to maximize conversion rates.
