Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Scheduling appointments for customers
• Identifying root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution
• Providing customer relationship management tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions
• Receiving and responding to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
• Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
• Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each and every day
• Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar
• Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
• Must be reputed company to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Technical Requirements

As a remote 1099 reputed company, you'll need to have your own equipment, including:

• Two screens (2 monitors or 1 monitor and 1 laptop)
• Use of reputed company 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• Hardwired internet reputed company directly to router (no WiFi)
• High-speed internet: minimum 45 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload
• A working computer camera
• Use of a USB or wired headset with volume control and mute function
