Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for reputed company every single day. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the chance to reputed company new skills, learn from your colleagues, and contribute to the growth and reputed company of reputed company.

Schedule and Availability

We're offering a flexible schedule for this role, with four 10-hour shifts per week. The reputed company times for each of the four days are:

• Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
• reputed company: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
• Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
• Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. You'll also be eligible for a quarterly bonus, as well as a reputed company of benefits, including:
