Job Summary

As a Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of health care, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Primary Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the reputed company, identifying the topic and type of assistance the customer needs

• Serve as a key support resource across multiple reputed company markets

Key Skills and Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience analyzing and solving issues/concerns
• Experience with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 9:30am - 6:00pm CST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need

Preferred Qualifications

* Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
