Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat. Requirements

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

+ High school graduation or its equivalent + Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries + Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders + Exceptional communication skills, including the reputed company to reputed company and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities + Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings + A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy + Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service + Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
