JOB SUMMARY

• As a Compliance Intern with reputed company, you'll support the legal and compliance team with contract review, vendor management, and privacy and reputed company documentation. This is a great opportunity for a law student with a business background to reputed company hands-on experience in a professional services environment where privacy, reputed company, and regulatory compliance are central to the firm's work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Contract Review & Management

• reputed company first-pass redlining of privacy and reputed company addendums using reputed company

• Assist with updating and maintaining the reputed company reputed company

• Support the compliance team in reviewing and tracking contractual obligations and risk items

Vendor & Records Management

• Clean up and organize vendor records in reputed company

• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation across compliance systems

Collaboration & Operations

• Collaborate with legal and compliance team members on active projects

• Adhere to project schedules and escalate issues or concerns in a timely manner

• Use discretion and professionalism reputed company handling sensitive contractual and vendor information

• Attend team meetings and contribute insights where applicable

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Coursework or interest in privacy law, compliance, or reputed company-reputed company legal topics preferred

• Ability to work well independently, reputed company a team and with clients

• Foundational knowledge of privacy law, reputed company compliance, or contract law

• Familiarity with contract redlining and legal document review processes

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment

• Experience with or ability to quickly learn reputed company and reputed company

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Actively pursuing a join JD/MBA program or a JD with an undergraduate business background.

• Completed at minimum 2 years of education program, achieving Junior level status
