Job Description Job Summary Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Ability to take high level, strategic direction and direct a team of direct reports spanning both entry level and career level professionals on how to conduct desired business analysis in response to business requests. • Thorough understanding of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc. in order to reputed company & to reputed company guidance/additional support, if needed, to staff. • Translates strategy into business design, process design, technical requirements. • Regularly interacts with program teams and management, offering direction and strategyically sound options to ensure successful project/analysis completion. Trains, mentors, and coaches assigned team members..
