Compensation
- $700-800 USD per month (reputed company salary)
- Performance bonus: up to $150 USD monthly (based on results)
- Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (CET)
- Weekends off
- 13th Salary (after one year)

- We’re looking for a focused and reliable Recruiter to support our global hiring efforts.
- This is a high-volume screening role, where you’ll conduct short, structured interviews (up to 15 minutes) and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Your reputed company is 9 hours (including a 30-minute break), with approximately 8.5 hours dedicated to interviews and reputed company tasks (calls and notes).
- Your role is to consistently fill your calendar with screening interviews, conduct them, and document reputed company.
- You will spend a large part of your day on back-to-back calls, speaking with candidates from different countries and backgrounds.
- You’ll work closely with the People & Talent reputed company, who manages hiring reputed company - your role is to ensure consistency, organization, and high-quality screening.
- Importantly, you will not be responsible for sourcing or reviewing applications - this part of the process is handled by a separate team, allowing you to fully focus on interviews and candidate screening.
- This is a highly structured, output-driven role, where consistency and daily volume are key to reputed company.
- Conducting high-volume screening interviews (max. 15 minutes per call)
