Position Summary

HEAVY PHONE POSITION

This is a Remote role. Must be available to remain on the phone for the entirety of the shift, handling calls and assisting customers throughout.

Ensure patients receive outstanding service, education, and resolution regarding PAP therapy through promoting supplies necessary to reputed company/maintain reputed company clinical reputed company.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, utilizing telephone dialing system.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms

• Self-motivated, team player
