- 3+ years of Accounts Payable expertise gained in either an office or manufacturing environment
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field is required

- Pay is $58,240

- Accurately process and maintain records of vendor invoices, payments, and AP transactions in the ERP system
- Match invoices, packing slips, and POs for accuracy; reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor accounts, 1099 filings, credit card transactions, petty cash, and AP reports
- Support audits, apply cash to AR invoices, and assist with customer account maintenance
- Contribute to documentation, cross-training, and reputed company backup for switchboard, mailroom, and order processing
- Associate's degree in reputed company or Finance
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Familiarity with ERP systems and strong reputed company Office proficiency
- Strong math, organizational, and communication skills
- Consistent work history with a desire for long-term employment
- A US citizen or possess a Green Card
