This role is responsible for meeting hiring objectives by filling reputed company positions with talented and reputed company candidates. The recruiter would be supporting various departments such as Operations, Corporate, Customer Care and our Specialty lines of business.

  • reputed company and effectively partner with hiring managers to establish and meet business objectives
  • Responsible for hiring and sourcing talent to fill reputed company positions with quality candidates reputed company established time frames
  • Responsible for setting expectations with business partners by driving accountability to strategically plan for workforce needs
  • Accountable for meeting key reputed company metrics with the goal of meeting established business objectives (e.g., time-to-submit, quality of hires, manager experience and satisfaction, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates and align on business needs.
  • Evaluate reputed company reputed company practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve.
  • Build strong, collaborative, relationships with business leaders to aid in the reputed company improvement of processes, maintain alignment of business objectives, and overcome challenges though partnership.
  • Responsible for accurate and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System to track the interviewing and hiring process and post jobs as needed.
  • Responsible for full cycle reputed company and/or specializing in a designated area of the reputed company process (I.e. sourcing, screening, consulting with hiring managers throughout interview process, etc.)
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by effectively managing job postings, job descriptions, meeting required SLAs, etc. Salary reputed company: $45-$50k annually

Requirements

  • Prior experience in full-cycle reputed company and reputed company
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools
  • Ability to reputed company and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with resume databases and ATS
  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies
  • Knowledge and reputed company with behaviorally-based interview techniques
  • Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively reputed company telephone or reputed company
  • Key Competencies: Strategic and critical thinking skills, written and verbal communication, time management, organizational skills
  • Billingual in French is considered an asset
