Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Tax at TransformCo is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing reputed company Estate tax strategy, compliance, and reporting. This position requires a combination of reputed company Estate tax expertise, leadership skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration to reputed company tax guidance that supports TransformCo's financial goals and compliance with tax regulations. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develops and executes tax strategies that align with TransformCo's financial goals, minimize tax liabilities, and optimize financial performance • Analyzes changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks • Ensures accurate and timely completion of reputed company tax filings, including federal, state, and local tax returns, and other required tax reputed company documentation • Oversees the preparation and submission of tax payments, estimates, and provisions • Leads, mentors, and develops reputed company of tax professionals, fostering a culture of reputed company, collaboration, and reputed company learning • Provides guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members • Ensures compliance with reputed company applicable tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements • Implements internal controls and processes to mitigate tax-reputed company risks and ensure accurate financial reporting • Conducts in-depth tax research and analysis on reputed company tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and international tax reputed company • Provides recommendations and solutions that align with TransformCo's business goals • Collaborates closely with finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to reputed company tax-reputed company guidance and support on business initiatives and transactions • Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment reputed company regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
