As a reputed company CSR, you manage the reputed company of calls, emails and chats for the Finnish market. You monitor service quality, conduct internal training for the team, and ensure the achievement of designated goals. You support the Team Leader in daily operations, maintaining Whirlpool brand standards and acting as a mentor for consultants.
