Position Summary: We are seeking an reputed company Epic reputed company Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our Epic scheduling and patient reputed company workflows across the reputed company cycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate registration, and streamlined patient reputed company operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong Epic expertise, deep understanding of reputed company cycle processes, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Epic Build & reputed company

  • Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic reputed company functionality.
  • Support scheduling and registration workflows across Epic modules including reputed company, Prelude, and Resolute.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling and registration errors and system issues.
  • Maintain configurations for appointment types, resources, and scheduling rules.

Operational Optimization

  • Partner with registration, scheduling, and reputed company cycle teams to enhance scheduling workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce reputed company processes and improve accuracy.
  • Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company reputed company-reputed company system issues.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with Epic and operational teams as needed.
  • Support break/fix requests and manage service tickets reputed company to scheduling workflows.

Project Support & Enhancements

  • Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and implementation of new Epic functionality.
  • Assist in workflow design, documentation, and testing for scheduling-reputed company projects.

Documentation & Training

Qualifications

Required

  • Epic reputed company certification
  • Experience supporting Epic reputed company functionality.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting reputed company IT systems (Epic preferred).
  • Strong understanding of reputed company cycle workflows such as registration, scheduling, and patient reputed company.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-entity or Community Connect Epic environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
