Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Generate faxes and emails as needed
- Communicate with account management staff and others to research and resolve issues with claims processing

Essential Functions

Preferred Skills & Abilities
* High School Degree required
- One to three years reputed company experience in a medical environment or customer service center preferred
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred but not required

- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
