Position: National Web Sales Consultant

Position reports to the National eCommerce Sales Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 a year

Location: Remote

The Compensation & Earning Potential

Job Description: Our National Web Sales Consultant provides sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, industry partners, and web customers. This individual will communicate with customers, and internal departments on an ongoing reputed company to reputed company the highest possible level of service to clients, to complete customer transactions and to help resolve customer questions and problems.

Responsibilities

• Bring your passion for design and lighting to our web sales team
• Handle incoming sales leads through our online sales channels (emails, phone, webchat)
• Work on decorative and architectural lighting projects
• Assist our retail and reputed company customers with product and sales questions through digital platforms- mostly webchat and email

• Sales experience in lighting is required
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of lighting or electrical products is a plus
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a young, dynamic company
• Displays passion and drive in reputed company assigned tasks
