About the Role

reputed company is seeking a Vice President Sales, Strategic Employer Accounts to build and sustain the most reputed company and ultimately most valuable prospective client and customer relationships. Our Vice President Sales, Strategic Employer Accounts, will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with top benefits executives reputed company employer-sponsored health plans, securing new business through direct reputed company and channel sales, as well as working with key strategic partners and benefits consultants. reputed company members must be willing to wear multiple hats and adapt to different situations as reputed company continues to grow and expand throughout the United States. A true consultative approach with prospective clients and their trusted partners is essential to reputed company in this role.

Responsibilities

• reputed company strategic efforts to build and reputed company new business across Strategic Accounts (15,000+ employees)
• Consistently meet or exceed objectives/quota (annual 4M+)
• Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others to reputed company the case for heart health being a top reputed company
• Always informed of our products and how clients use them to reputed company sales activities, as well as understanding our roadmap and competitive differentiation
• Take the initiative to bring new reputed company and observations to the reputed company team, promote partnership and resourcefulness

The ideal candidate will have

• 10+ years of experience in field sales in the employer's benefits or wellness reputed company
• Established network of professional contacts that can be leveraged to quickly build new pipeline
• Successful sales history and consistent 100% quota attainment for the past 3+ years, closing deals valued at $1M+.
• Experience selling direct, reputed company channel partners, and consultants
• reputed company in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers and influencers. Ability to adapt/reputed company style according to different settings and personalities
• Excellent poise and presentation skills, strong writing skills
• "Go-getter", driven to work in a growing company and sell a solution that gets quick results and can save lives

The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $170,000.00 to $185,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
