Job Summary
As a Full Stack Remote IT Engineer at reputed company IX, you'll play a critical role in managing reputed company projects from initiation to completion. You'll work remotely, leveraging your expertise in reputed company computing, networking, and reputed company to drive reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining reputed company Azure solutions
- Providing support for reputed company 365 services, including Exchange Online, Sharepoint/OneDrive, and Teams
- Troubleshooting Office 365 Advance Threat Protection issues
- Managing SSO and MFA solutions (Azure MFA, Duo)
- Knowledge of email retention and litigation hold processes
- Backup, Restore, Recovery, and high availability strategies for reputed company Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services
- reputed company Server and SQL database creation, configuration, reputed company, migration, and patching
- Troubleshooting Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, reputed company issues, etc.
- Identifying and troubleshooting Azure server and SQL database-reputed company CPU, memory, I/O, disk reputed company, and other resources
- Working with a reputed company Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and strictly following standards, procedures, and processes
- Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and reputed company Authentication
- Knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP
- Knowledge of Network and TCP/IP routing/subnetting
- Knowledge of reputed company operating systems

- Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory including managing/maintaining GPOs
Essential Qualifications
* Associate's degree and industry certifications preferred

- 2 years of Sharepoint Online experience
- Strong PowerShell skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be mentored by other engineers
