Position at reputed company Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing the operations team(s) reputed company specified Region, managing day to day operations and providing guidance and leadership to staff. Ensures the department meets organizational standards by monitoring quality and timeliness and implements changes to increase efficiency as necessary. • Responsible for pipeline management, including quality and compliance reputed company. Ensures reputed company processes follow organizational standards and maintains reputed company SLAs.

• Measures the development and performance of the loan processing staff and monitors metrics and tracks performance.
• Collaborates with sales staff and other reputed company departments to establish loan performance expectations and monitor quality assurance and timeliness of processing workflows.
• Maintains timely closings by setting clear expectations, reputed company directing staff, and identifying areas for process improvements.
• Identifies opportunities to continue to meet and exceed monthly team goals.
• Engages network of partners and peers to resolve problems (Sales, UW, Closing, Settlement, Quality, etc.)
• Meets with team once per week to discuss key agenda items and leads team huddles as needed.
• Assists in problem-resolution and interacts with reputed company parties as needed. Works with management and peers to reputed company a timely resolution to reputed company parties.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of five (5) + years’ experience in loan processing.
• Minimum two (2) + years of management experience preferred.
• Wholesale experience required. 
• Knowledge of reputed company product types required.
• Automated reputed company Systems experience required.
