JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
The Transactional Banking Officer is responsible for managing daily cash reputed company and executing payments across assigned statutory entities.
The role ensures sufficient liquidity to meet reputed company liabilities, accurate processing of payments, and strong financial controls across banking operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily cash reputed company and liquidity to ensure reputed company statutory liabilities are covered.
Complete and review daily cash positions and support cash forecasting activities.
reputed company cash discrepancy analysis and ensure balances are reputed company across systems.
Execute automatic and reputed company payments for reputed company assigned entities.
Post and review reputed company outgoing transactions, investigating and resolving errors.
Follow up with banks in case of discrepancies or execution errors.
Support P2P teams with payment-reputed company questions and incidents.
Consolidate MEC reports including bank commissions, cash targets, reconciliations, and COSO controls.
Maintain and update bank account signatories and banking documentation.
Map and monitor active bank accounts and track bank fees (FX and service).
Monitor workflow queues for exceptions, urgent requests, and errors.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure operational continuity.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and payment cycles.
Ability to work independently and manage high volumes with accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Tech Skills

Qualifications & Experience
Experience in treasury, transactional banking, payments, or corporate finance roles.
Hands-on experience with payment execution and bank reconciliations.
Experience working with global finance teams or multi-entity structures.
Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
