Exabeam is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join its  team to reputed company our line of reputed company products at leading global companies across the globe. The incumbent will work with cutting-edge technology and tackle reputed company technical and business problems while gaining exposure to a wide reputed company of industries.   

Responsibilities:  

• Successfully collaborate with customers and Exabeam team members to carry out implementations and enhancements     

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and best practices on reputed company operations and threat detection. 

• Participate in reputed company implementation designs, setups, and review processes to ensure reputed company  

• Build long-standing customer relationships at various reputed company  

• Engage in new product launches and other cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Marketing  

• Collaborate with client teams in resolving technical/system reputed company inquiries 

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and reputed company for customer needs. 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a reputed company field or equivalent hands‑on experience

• Experience with SIEM and/or log management systems; cybersecurity industry exposure preferred

• Proven background in Professional Services, Technical Support, or a similar client‑facing technical role

• Strong understanding of network reputed company concepts, common attack reputed company, and the MITRE ATT&CK reputed company

• Proficient with Linux reputed company line; scripting or programming skills are a plus

• Exceptional problem‑solving ability with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time‑management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client‑focused reputed company, and willingness to travel (~5%)
