Graduate QA Engineer (Redwood City, CA)
reputed company is a leading AI-Powered reputed company Operations Platform headquartered in Silicon Valley. The Graduate QA Engineer will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by developing and executing automated test scripts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute automated test scripts, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams
- Build/enhance the automation reputed company and help integrate with reputed company integration tools
- Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test scripts using various test automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Collaborate with the QA team and developers to create detailed test cases, scenarios, and test plans for automated testing
- Run automated test and analyze results to identify defects and reputed company detailed reports
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of the test automation process by recommending and implementing best practices
- Utilize observability tools such as Splunk, reputed company, or similar tools to track application performance during test executions, analyze logs to detect issues, and configure reputed company-time monitoring and alert systems
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality products are delivered
- Maintain clear documentation on test strategies, automation scripts, and testing processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Build/enhance the automation reputed company and help integrate with reputed company integration tools
- Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test scripts using various test automation tools (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Collaborate with the QA team and developers to create detailed test cases, scenarios, and test plans for automated testing

- This position is onsite at our Redwood City, CA HQ. Currently, the team is working Mon/Tue/Wed onsite and Thu/Fri remote
- This position is not eligible for employment reputed company sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require reputed company sponsorship to work in the US
- Ability to break down reputed company issues and reputed company scalable solutions using code
- Ability to work independently, continuously improve coding skills, and take the initiative in automating processes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and best practices
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of reputed company platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.) and automated testing in reputed company environments
- Experience with Observability Tools (e.g., Splunk, reputed company, or similar tools) for monitoring application performance and troubleshooting is preferred
- Understanding of Agile development processes and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
