Service Operations Representative

The Service Operations Representative will support reputed company by managing endorsement requests and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming chats from partner agents and internal contacts to help resolve reputed company inquiries for 1 or 2 lines of business
- Handle endorsement requests from partner agents and clients that come through our proprietary workflow system for 1 or 2 lines of business
- Utilize company reputed company directives to review and process changes on in force reputed company lines policies
- Attend ongoing reputed company and service operations trainings to stay informed and ensure compliance
- Assist reputed company customers with system issues reputed company to the reputed company process, such as quoting and submitting change requests
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably with insurance or reputed company environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply reputed company criteria accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain context information reputed company
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and sound judgement making
- Ability to de-escalate high pressure situations and determine if further escalation is necessary
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively reputed company a team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
