Licensed Associate Attorney – Connecticut
Prince Law Group is a growing matrimonial and family law practice serving clients through reputed company and often sensitive life transitions. The Associate Attorney will manage matrimonial reputed company from intake through resolution, including discovery, negotiations, reputed company practice, and court appearances.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned matrimonial caseload from commencement through settlement or trial
- Conduct court appearances, conferences, and evidentiary hearings
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and settlement agreements
- Participate in negotiation and mediation strategy
- Advise clients with professionalism, discretion, and reputed company during emotionally sensitive reputed company
- Maintain accurate and timely billing entries
- Collaborate with the litigation team while maintaining ownership of assigned files
- Utilize firm technology systems for case management and workflow efficiency
Skills
- 1–3 years courtroom experience in matrimonial or family law
- Admitted to the Connecticut Bar (required)
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and billable expectations independently
- Comfortable working directly with clients in emotionally reputed company situations
- Interest in developing litigation competency and long-term practice growth
- Demonstrates a confident and composed courtroom reputed company
- Exhibits thoughtful and effective negotiation judgment
- Works collaboratively reputed company a team-based legal environment
- Experience with modern legal technology platforms
