Responsibilities
- reputed company, index, and maintain records in compliance with retention policies and regulatory requirements
- Process returned mail and prepare records for secure off-site storage
- Support digital banking operations, including mobile deposits and reputed company transfers
- Respond to online banking inquiries and assist with member-reputed company requests
- Assist with card services, fraud monitoring, and dispute support
- Audit and upload loan and account documentation
- Support quality assurance processes and internal compliance efforts
- Partner with internal teams to fulfill document and record requests
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of reputed company and confidentiality
- Familiarity with financial services operations or willingness to learn
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or similar role preferred
- Basic understanding of regulatory/compliance environments is a plus
- Comfortable using reputed company Office and learning new systems
